COLLECTION OF GOODS - SINGLE ITEMS TO FULL HOUSE CLEARANCES
Collections can be arranged for good value single items. A full
house clearance service is available, this entails one of our
experienced members of staff making an inventory of all items,
making a note of any items of value. An estimate is given as to
value and costs.
At a later date a van will collect all saleable items and these are
entered into our next suitable auction, all non-saleable items are
disposed of, leaving the property completely empty.
BANKRUPTCY & LIQUIDATIONS
We are bonded agents to the Official Receiver in Bankruptcy,
dealing with many aspects of Bankruptcy, valuation, inventory,
collection, disposals, collecting and storing archived paperwork and
securing premises. We also act on behalf of a number of Insolvency
Practitioners carrying out similar work.
HIGH SHERIFF & BAILIFF WORK
We act on behalf of the Sheriff's office in Cardiff and Swansea,
also private bailiff firms acting for Councils, HM Customs and
Excise, Landlords etc. Our involvement is valuation and disposal of
detained items, often plant, machinery and vehicles.
COLLECTION & DELIVERIES
We run our own vehicles for the collection of goods and
deliveries after auctions. Most items can be collected by our
experienced staff or sub-contracted out in the case of large plant
and specialist equipment.
